Please read these Terms of Service of BMCP GmbH (collectively with Black Manta Capital Partners S.à r.l. and its subsidiaries "BMCP") carefully before using the BMCP Portal.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BMCP Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Portal. BMCP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Provision of Services
BMCP provides a platform for security token offerings and related services. There is no legal entitlement to the use of services. BMCP may deny registration at its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and not be residents of restricted jurisdictions. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and persons from EU/US sanctioned countries are subject to enhanced due diligence or may be excluded from service.
4. Payment
Payment methods include FIAT currencies (EUR/USD via SWIFT bank transfer) and cryptocurrencies where applicable. A wallet address is required for Portal access.
5. Limitation of Liability
BMCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Portal.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
